What is Kinesiology Personal Training?
Personal Training offered by Registered Kinesiologists is a type of training that provides high level of expertise and safety to every session. We always ensure our clients have adequate mobility and movement quality to ensure a safe and effective training program.
Added Bonus:
More extended health care plans are covering Registered Kinesiology in their plans, so check your plan. If you don't have coverage, clients can request a tax receipt of their completed sessions at the end of each tax year.

All exercise programming begins with a 75 min Initial Kinesiology Assessment. This includes a full health history, examination of 7 essential functional movements and additional assessments that are relevant to each client's specific health & fitness needs. This assessment is adaptable to any age and ability and essential for creating an optimal exercise program for every client. Initial Visits are only $50 when booked through our online booking system.
Each Kinesiologist has their own area of specialty.
We recommend new clients choose the right fit for them depending on their current goals and health history.
