What is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist?
Exercise physiologists analyze their clients’ fitness in order to help them improve their health. They help patients with heart disease and other chronic conditions, like diabetes or pulmonary (lung) disease, to regain their health. They also work with both amateur and professional athletes who are hoping to boost their performance.

Using stress tests and other evaluation tools, the exercise physiologist evaluates a patient’s cardiovascular function and metabolism and then designs a fitness plan that will meet the patient’s goals and/or needs, including building endurance and strength and increasing fitness and flexibility.

About:
Growing up playing soccer here in London I developed a passion for sport and high level training (varsity, semi-professional and professional academy and trial experiences).

Due to my passion for sports and exercise, I pursued an education in Kinesiology and completed my Masters of Science in Exercise Physiology at Western University. It is through my research experience in aerobic and anaerobic fitness that I developed strong knowledge to help individuals achieve their fitness goals in endurance such as going for long walks, runs or participating in events such as marathons.

I’m a believer of building a strong lower body or base which I think helps people move better and become stronger.

As a Registered Kinesiologist, personal trainer and soccer coach, I have worked with a wide range of youth and adult populations in developing training/treatment programs. My goal at Align is to prescribe exercises that bring value and set-up individuals for long-term success.
Building stronger and more confident versions of themselves.
