Initial Assessment
Your journey to peak performance begins with a thorough Functional Movement Screening.  This initial step allows us to understand your body's unique mechanics and identify limitiations in your mobility and stability that are interferring with your ability to move efficiently.
Customized Plans
Based on the results, we'll create a plan that focuses on strengthening weak areas, improving mobility, endurance and balance in specific movement patterns.
Ongoing Monitoring & Adjustments
As you progress, we'll monitor your functional movements and adjust your program as needed.  This ensures that your program evolves with your body, maximizing results while minimzing the risk of injury.
