Kinesiologists are the experts in human movement. They use the modality of movement and exercise to help a variety of individuals including those with preexisting health conditions (for example arthritis, chronic pain, past injuries, osteoporosis) achieve pain relief, build strength and feel more confident in their everyday activities.

Registered Massage therapy consists primarily of hands-on manipulation of the soft tissues of the body, specifically, the muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and joints for the purpose of optimizing health.

Clinical Pilates
Pilates provided by Registered Kinesiologists is client-specific treatment and training. It takes into account an individual's specific injuries and physical needs, instead of having multiple individuals complete the same program.
