What is Athletic Therapy?
Athletic therapists adhere to the Sports Medicine Model of care.​  They treat a wide range of patients and conditions using various manual therapies, modalities, exercise prescription, bracing and taping.  They treat low back pain, concussions/whiplash, headaches/migraines, muscle pain, strains/sprains, plantar fasciitis, pre/post surgical rehabilitation, rotator cuff/shoulder injury, sciatica, tendonitis, TMJ dysfunction, carpal tunnel syndrome, tennis elbow/golfer's elbow, etc.

Athletic Therapists offer treatment & training plans!
Injuries and surgeries at any stage of your life alters the musculoskeletal system.  Detailed baseline testing, assessment and movement screens will pinpoint areas of weakness in order to treat pain and train the body back to a functional and strong state.  Athletic Therapists offer performance training such as core and balance training, functional movement, rotational strength and plyometrics.
